Socom Confrontation

Said to be the Sleeper hit for the PS3, Socom confrontation is looking very promising.

While I've not played it myself, a few beta tester friends have and they said they preffered it by miles over titles like cod4 ,

and after playing cod 5 beta myself, I'm not holding much hope for Call of Duty 5 (world at War) Purely because with exception to the online Co-Op there doesnt seem to be an awful lot there that is new, fresh or revolutionary.


The other major point is, for £29.99 (game.co.uk)
you can pre-order Socom confrontation with the official Sony Headset (yeah the headset which is said to have a retail at £25))
so your getting the game for £5...

For those more eager customers we have Gameseek.co.uk (my favourate retailer) Who at the moment have the item listed as "In Stock"
i'm awaiting a reply from my friend Stephen (gameseek owner) Who will confirm if its an early drop, or if its US import, etc, etc...
The problem is its listed at £45...

Gameseek.co.uk - imported from U.S.A - £44.99 ((expected delivery next week)) So about a month before UK release.

Game.co.uk - £29.99 - Cheaper, a greta deal, but you'll have to wait untill the official UK release

I was in the beta for this and judging by that, it's not the game for me. Although the headset looks amazing.
