Custom Tactics - Pressure and Aggression

Post  Lipu on Thu Oct 16, 2008 1:39 pm

People that played last night will know what i'm talking about. When the Centres back are not controlled by an Individual player but are part controlled by AI and "ANY", then it's very important that pressure and aggression is set to 1.

Reason is very simple, so they don't go out of position, sometimes centre backs just go on a darting forward run leaving massive gaps in defense which are always exploited by the decent teams by having pressure and aggression on 1, this doesn't happen.

With a good defense, we will always have the chance to win a game or at the very least avoid defeat.

Yep,

Whoever is captain should set both to 1 before every match.

I have experimented and even tried Agression at 10, But it still causes problems

It's all about getting the best out of how the AI was programmed, and making sure it's easy for us should the opponent hve a break,
and with these settings we seem to have very few problems that aren't down to our own mistakes
