As a tip I would suggest everone does this. I find it really makes a difference, especially when running with the ball, as you can still see what is going on around you so you can make the perfect pass, or take the sot on a the right moment. Quick simple passes make it a lot more difficult for the opposing team to close us down and win the ball off us. Players running with the ball will normally lose out to a defender when side by side, this is the ideal time to make that pass. By all means we should run with the ball, draw a defender (or 3) to you but as they get close pass the ball away, there will now be a gap somewhere on the field where the defender(s) ...
